March 2, 2022 (San Diego, CA) – Accomplished Labor and Employment litigator Travis K. Jang-Busby has joined Procopio as a Partner. Travis counsels clients from notable startups to the Fortune 50 in employment, labor and business law, and is based in Procopio’s Del Mar Heights, California, office.

Travis’ experience includes navigating high-stakes class action litigation in California and nationally, as well as representative wage-hour litigation under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), discrimination litigation, administrative investigations, and preventative counseling. He represents clients in all phases of litigation from inception to trial. Recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for the last six years in three categories—Class Action/Mass Torts: Defense, Employment Litigation: Defense and Employment and Labor: Employer—Travis is active in the Labor and Employment Division of the American Bar Association. He earned his JD from California Western School of Law in only two years, and earned a BA in International Management from Pepperdine University. He joins Procopio from Gordon & Rees in San Diego, where he was a Labor and Employment Partner.
